Deleting Your SB Resort Account

You can permanently delete your South Beach Resort (Sophie) account and all associated data at any time.

From within the app (fastest)

1. Open the app and go to Profile → Settings.
2. Tap Delete Account.
3. Confirm. Your account is deleted immediately.

What gets deleted

Your profile and login, all your posts and photos/videos, your comments and likes, your messages, your activity RSVPs, and your crew memberships. Crews you lead are transferred to another member, or deleted if you were the only member. This is permanent and cannot be undone.

If you can't access the app

Email jkolar@sbresort.com from the address on your account and request deletion; we will delete your account and data within 30 days.

Data retention

We do not retain your personal data after deletion, except where required by law. We do not sell personal information.
