Community Guidelines

Sophie is a private community for guests and staff of South Beach Resort in Marblehead, Ohio. It's a place to share beach photos, plan activities with your crew, and stay in the loop. By using the app you agree to keep it friendly, respectful, and safe for everyone.

Zero tolerance for objectionable content

There is zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive behavior. The following are not allowed and will be removed:

• Nudity, pornography, or sexually explicit content
• Harassment, bullying, threats, or intimidation
• Hate speech or attacks based on race, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or national origin
• Violence, or content that promotes self-harm or dangerous acts
• Illegal content or activity
• Spam, scams, or misleading content
• Impersonation of another person or the resort

How we enforce this

Content that violates these guidelines will be removed, and the accounts responsible may be disabled. Serious or repeated violations result in a permanent ban. South Beach Resort may remove content or disable accounts at its discretion to keep the community safe.

Reporting, blocking, and removing

If you see something that breaks these rules, use the "..." menu on any post or comment to Report it, or open a user's profile to Block them — blocked users can't see or message each other. You can delete your own posts and comments at any time. Reports are reviewed and acted on within 24 hours.
