This policy explains what information the Sophie / SB Resort App collects and how we use it. South Beach Resort respects your privacy and does not sell your personal information.
We use your information to operate the App: to show your content to the audience you choose, deliver messages, manage crews and activities, keep the community safe through moderation, and provide support.
Your account data is stored on South Beach Resort's servers. Photos and videos you upload are stored with a third-party cloud storage provider on our behalf.
We do not sell or rent your personal information to anyone.
Posts are visible either to Everyone in the resort community or only to a Crew you choose. Crew and direct messages are visible only to their participants. Please share accordingly.
You can edit your profile, change your photo, and delete your own posts and comments at any time. You can block other users. You can permanently delete your account and all associated data at any time from within the app: Profile → Settings → Delete Account. This removes your profile, posts, photos, comments, messages, and crew memberships, and cannot be undone.
If you can't access the app, you can request deletion by emailing jkolar@sbresort.com — see sbresort.com/sophie/delete-account.
The App is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
